1) No audit trail for where/how the donation was spent
2) No evidence the donation was ever *actually* made
I apologize if this sounds cynical, but I have very, very little faith in any corporation/monopoly in the US right now. It's far too easy for companies to game tax breaks with large wads of cash. Sure, maybe you donated 5 billion to a school, but in return did you get a 8 billion tax credit from taxpayers?
if you have an application named "System Settings" in both gnome and kde, you are going to have conflicts when both window managers are installed on the system. I'm not exactly certain how, but processes may confuse one for the other; it's just really bad practice to have two applications named the same anyhow. even if they *are* seperate distros.
They sold out to Microsoft in the same way K-splice sold out to Oracle. Stop kidding yourselves. If anyone forks K-splice it will be RedHat. Novell will just leech.
Get over it. We have a better understanding of the Cosmos now without blurry images from a couple pieces of polished glass. Think of it as an advancement in our scientific horizons.
Stop buying from the monopolies. Week after bloody week I see articles here protesting that the monopolies are treating them badly. STOP FUNDING THE BLOODY MONOPOLIES. As long as you are giving them money, they are going to continue to suck up patents, litigate the #*(@ out of the competition, and run roughshod over everyone. Yes you may have to do without the latest gadgetry/software for a while but in the long run things will improve. Besides, if you put your money somewhere else for a little while that will eventually increase the number of alternatives available to everyone.
LulzSec infiltrate KGB!
Two big problems with Deep Pocket donations:
1) No audit trail for where/how the donation was spent
2) No evidence the donation was ever *actually* made

And the US has the taxpayer dollars to fund the court costs/jail time?

I Betcha' that's just the tip of the iceberg.
And the curiously erroneous results.

"..Fox News was reporting.." I would disregard that portion of the article pending a reliable source of information.
Pollen, dirt, tree sap. Great idea, but after 5 years, how reflective "white" will a white roof be anymore?
Focus blame on bot herders, no need to fix software problems.
Why did this get modded Troll? A bit out of context, but from the mayoclinic
"If you have PKU, phenylalanine can cause mental retardation, brain damage, seizures and other problems. "

All those connected platforms running one OS. This kind of exacerbates the monoculture drawbacks.
