    Because if different sources do not present a unified message, its much harder to manipulate public opinion to run illegal wars and not let people question why a single family gets hundreds of millions of pounds a year in state benefits and exemption from inheritence tax.

    Pretty sure this ends up hurting nvidia more than helping them. Which is a shame because i quite like nvidia.

    If reporters cant report on their products, the only exposure they will get will be overwealmingly negative from normal people reporting problems.

    And at the same time forcing such an nda giving everyone the impression the news from nvidia is more bad than good. never mind I guess, should be another 10 years or so before i want a new gfx card, and who knows what will be on the market by then.

  21. pretty much my reaction. like wtf? otoh, redhat flavours all still on glibc2 starting to become a regular p.i.t.a. so the chances of this actually becoming a thing to be concerned about seem very low.

    kinda like gdpr, same kind of group think that anyone actually cares or concerns themselves with policy these days.

    stublevideo was one of the best websites on the internet for a while.
    Then it kinda stopped letting you stuble on videos, and the whole thing became rather pointless.

    But does that apply to the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (that secretive building next to the EU Parliament), because they've been using every EU citizens data for decades for fraudulent means and no one seems to care.

  25. no worse than the others is hardly disproof of the point. I was on the samsung s8, I've sold it and gone back to the s6 due to the size difference and no real functionality difference, and I'm never buying another phone longer than 140mm including case, which rules out every so called flagship aka brick on the market atm.
