I agree. Just work on an OS that pleases your customers. The too many fights on as many fronts is preventing them from focusing on what got them to the top in the first place.
to think that these movies weren't "copyrighted properly". I mean, who makes a film a doesn't think about the copyright. Is it something the studios do with the real stinkers they figure that are so bad that it's not worth it?

I for one, want my 1 year old daughter to enjoy their music when she is old enough to appreciate it as it stands today and did for my parents. Not as the advertising jingle for toilet rolls or a new Toyota.
This is what it means by extending the copyright. It prevents the song from entering the public domain to be allowed to be used for ANYTHING.

Yahoo really do need to move on into other products. They have kind of rested on their laurels by sticking at what they've always done. They need to clean up their act (literally) and stop making their site look like the yellow pages. This and their lack of R&D and they could be headed for the minors.
