    Launchd can do what cron can, better. But replacing cron is not its primary goal. It does a lot of other nifty things too. Its nothing like cron, but it does the same job better.

    They are also not protected by the U.S. Constitution (see above link) because they are considered on foreign soil, even though they were captured by Americans, are being held by Americans, and are on an American base.

    The Constitution never specifies where it is valid.
    The Constitution never says: "Dont be nice to foreign people, its the americans that count"
    Its the Government who is acting like asses this time, dont blame it on some libertarian shmucks who just wanted a fair society.

    A mention of wikipedia in encarta world only let people see what MS dont want them to see. Most people using encarta never heard of wikipedia, and thats the way MS like it.

    Even tho many of its early users hate steam, its an interesting way of pushing out software. Saves the gamemakers money, and the gamers legs.

    On the other hand, who is stopping some bastards from mildly rewriting wiki content and/or other copyrighted work and submitting it to MS?
    If enough of those cases would appear, it might hit MS pretty hard if it could be proven that they used sold copyrighted material ;)

    A community page that cant criticize itself and its creator(s), really dont have anything to do with being a community.
    This is just Microsoft wanting free articles.

    Tho we are not part of the EU directly, we still have to follow some rules because of the EØS agreement.
    It really means that we have to follow, but we have no voice when it comes to changing the laws. Fuck the EU. Bunch of lawwankers.

    Socal goods are a good thing. Free healthcare and schools are a good thing. Having 10% of the popuation recive pay for moving government papers is not a good thing.

    Im from Norway, and i can tell you its not that great.
    Ok, i can just sign a pre-filled piece of paper and my taxes are done. On the other hand, about 70% of my money goes to the state in some way or another.
