    driver, and plug-in installation are already easier. You may be confusing driver availability in the kernel -- which is different. At the very least I know that installing drivers in various versions of Windows (I am not familiar with Vista) can be very frustrating.

    Why not? If the issue at hand is copyright? There is no double standard... not that I agree with all this copyright, but don't make it seem like a double standard. Or are you suggesting that when it's American's being killed, YouTube should have a special policy for that?

    First step would be to not give Google all your data. I have no problem with the company (as yet), but I understand that all they are is a for-profit company. If Google has all your data to the point you need to make this post, I think you may have other more pressing things to worry about... like the fact that it may no longer really be your data any more.

    Why would they want people just killing other humans without fear or sympathy? The fact of the matter is when you're killing from that distance, there is no way to know if that person or persons "deserved" it. For all you know, the person who gave the order just didn't like that neighborhood.

    You must be reading a different Slashdot. The common perception seems to be that Wine is a necessary evil for compatibility with some of the last necessary Windows only applications. I myself get along without Wine.

    Okay. Please sign your name to that. So if Microsoft done as they've done routinely for the past few years. You'll step up and at least apologize for your misjudgment. I'll certainly do so if this proves to not be anti-competitive. However, this seem more like battered spouse syndrome, with Microsoft as the abusive party.
