    if you have the game need for speed underground or SSX 3, you will see the terrible functionality of the online gaming system they used on the ps2, i just hope that for the xbox they update it to be easier to use or have a better interface.

    If you have an active blog with blogger/blogspot you get an invitation to beta test it. Very experimental ideas in there for a mail client (the threading, loading), I can see why they need a lot of time for the testing.

    a $300 projector will more likely than not have poor quality and have faults within a year, there is a reason that good quality projecters are priced so highly. I have only expierenced bad quality when i have used cheap projectors on my projects, so i would recommend buying new from a top retailer such as Sony, and see how it suits you. And if you don't like it / it has faults you can return it with warranty

    This litigaton will affect the adult industry greatly if they go ahead, with all the big sites using jpeg compression, But then the adult world is already fighting a patent from "Acacia" who claim to have patented streaming video. I guess you can't win with all these submarine patents about now days

    why dont they ever just release the original with a high rating , and then consider releasing a censored version - therefore not taking any away from the game for guys who really want to see every piece of tissue flying from their opponents brain. Of course it's all about the money for the publishers so your never going to see a version that won't be aimed at the biggest market

    The PC prices stay low because the companies know that if they price them too highly, people will just pirate them. On consoles, it is too much hassle to pirate the games so the publishers get away with blue murder on the prices

    After reading an article about the ethernet ports installed in some airplanes now, and how they were soon going to install wireless internet which can be used for a flat fee before flight. I was wondering how the services (mobile, internet) actually stay on the plane, satelitte dishes or something similar?

    Nanocommunications via thought would be a rather dangerous way to communicate, you would always have dangers of exploitation out there, but there are methods like it that probably could be implemented if the technology was produced

    the amount of people that would try and exploit it would be too large, and apple kept to to the part of putting all of their developments in an application so they work seamlessly with other mac apps (Imovie, Iphoto). Using a browser would just complicate it
