I agree with your second point. That's core functionality to be "moved".
Take the last sentence in the summary in context with the one previous it. Then its quite obvious removed = moved.
Umm..errrr!
Drizzle will have a micro-kernel architecture with code being removed from the Drizzle core and moved through interfaces into modules. Akers has already selected particular functionality for removal: modes, views, triggers, prepared statements, stored procedures, query cache, data conversion inserts, access control lists and some data types."
http://www.craigslist.org/about/fair.housing.htmlA group of lawyers is suing craigslist over a handful of allegedly discriminatory housing ads posted by our users, ignoring the fact that craigslist is not a publisher, but rather a community-moderated commons run by and for its users, who self-publish and manage their own ads and use a flagging system to police the site. These lawyers demand that we impose ill-conceived, mistake-prone, and potentially illegal controls on the craigslist community, which if adopted would actually reduce fair housing opportunity, while eroding important free speech and privacy rights. In reality, the craigslist community already excels at ensuring equal opportunity housing, and continues to improve in this regard, earning praise from fair housing groups. This lawsuit will likely be dismissed as groundless, but more importantly the craigslist community will be recognized for its exemplary record in promoting fair housing for all, while fully respecting each person's constitutional right to free speech and free association.
Vastu Shastra is NOT website shastra. Its for structures only. Its no good using a part of vastushastra [emblems and company] and thus half baked calculations for websites!
What next, Aye Karamaba, Abra ka Dabra?
I haven't found any problem with the "blocking" so far. The govt. doesn't block domains, its the stupid ISPs and the spelling mistakes are because of the tranlation, sound-to-words. The babu [govt. officer] who takes this down [for issuing a memo/circular] doesnt go that site and check it out!!
I just wish they would make morons who make similar statements disappear!! I wish...

That's people writing triggers on every damn table!
The summary says they're being moved into modules, so I'm guessing you can always load them at startup. PS: I didn't RTFA, did you?
