    You can also link to the preview, so people won't be fired or offended by NSFW stuff.

    I have placed the following in mu bashrc, so I can check others as well:

    Not everybody will be able to do that.

    Why do you need NoScript when you get an email? I do not have NoScript enabled, yet I notice it when I get an email in my text-only email client if I want to click on the link or not. What I do in my email client has nothing to do what I do in my browser untill I click on the URL

    Yes, I understand that a lot of people use their browser as an everything, including email and gmail and Usenet and what not. I just like to use the correct tool so I do not have to turn off everything just to be safe.

    If the name is female and the person is male, then it is very clear that it is not the person on the card. If there is another reason there is doubt, I can ask the person for extra ID and if he does not want to do that, refuse the sale.

    If that person then says he does not have any other ID, I could have him arrested for breaking the law.

    Why lend out your card if they can have one of their own?

    And "other people?" There is nobody who I would give my password to. Nobody! Let alone "other people" like friends. If friends need money, I go with them to the bank machine or I just transfer it, depending how fast and how much they need.

    And I have refused credit cards presented to me, because the person clearly was NOT the person on the card. I do not care if you are married to that person or if it is your son. It is NOT your card. For all I know, you are in the middle of a horrible divorce and try to scam your soon to be ex-partner.

    Same in Belgium You have Union and non-union people working together and if union, they will be from different unions. All people will have the same rights (some exceptions on elected Union members). I have no idea if somebody is union or not, unless I ask and they do not lie.
    Union members are elected by all, including non-union members.

    I am always amazed to hear that some people are forced to get into a union and a specific union at that. Land of the what again?

    I would say yes. It happened in Belgium a few years back as well with banks in Luxembourg. The article also talks about the case in Germany where authorities bought the list.

    Also these will not be directly used for a court case, but for tax investigations. There will be a lwhole lot of different rules that apply there.

    In Belgium when it was known that the list was available, people had the chance to 'come clear' and confess without any serious trouble (except they had to pay their taxes).

    As it has happend at least twice (Germany and Belgium) I also do not see what the news worthyness is. Oh, right. This is /.

    If this was about any other data, like mp3, it would be called a copyright infringement.
    If this would be data that the government was hiding, it would be called "Freedom of information".

    Don't forget that the tax evaders willingly committed fraud.

    I understand that people do not like paying taxes, but that does not mean it is OK to use illegal ways to go about it. These will be big accounts. And if they did everything honestly, there should be nothing to worry about as the tax men already have the information.
