  1. Re:Load of Horse Shit on Why Morgan Stanley Is Betting That Tesla Will Kill Your Power Company · · Score: 1

I've seen that some people who generate their own power, by it hydro-electric or solar, can actually generate so much power that they can then sell it back to the electric company and by paid by the electric company for it. In the video from Solar City, as Tesla endorses them, they show the power meter moving in the other direction and then getting a credit from the power company.

Ever since Eric Schmidt was hired, fired and paid off, then brought back, Google's 'Do No Evil' policy has flown out the window with little hopes of return. He is more profit over quality and does not care about what that does to Google's customer's. They use nothing but Apple products in their daily lives, instead of Google products to improve, and this is one of many reasons Google has down so far down hill.

The current Nexus tablet line with Kit Kat has profiles to make it a lot easier and with custom launchers to show only what he needs to see and not accidentally change things. An iPad is about the worst thing to get an older person as it's options aren't really intuitive on how to do anything, at least in my opinion and experience doing tech support for so many years. Also, a good lightweight case with a kickstand/prop is a must.

While I was still using Firefox 0.10 I noticed strage behavior with Firefox constantly trying to access somwhere in Asia. I assumed this might be part of an extesion trying to update itself so I told Norton to allow it access. While using a packet sniffer I noticed that this activity could not be decoded by my packet sniffer and assumed even more so that this was an extension trying to update itself. I have yet to find out what the real reason is behind this and I updated Norton and therefore the logs are no longer on my system. I ask, "Really, how secure is Firefox compared to IE?" The article definitely makes some very good points to lacking security with Firefox installation and use.

I also had GEICO right after I got my license and they were horrible. They started me with $69/month since my mother already have coverage with them. I had them for a little over a month when I hydroplaned into another vehicle. I had alot of trouble before this accident and after just getting a live person and had to resort to calling at 3am just to get someone after being on hold half an hour. Several requests to them for fax's and proof of insurance cooperation with local state and county officials which they failed on resulted in tons of court costs which I cannot recoup from them. They also rose my insurance to $339/month after the accident, completely outragous.

I invite you to search google for GEICO SUCKS or similar, I promise you find others like me.
