It's just a bunch of neurons wired together and they're either firing or not firing.
It's not just neurons; there are axions and a lot of other different cells. And I'm no neuroscientist but I'd bet that it isn't on/off; the signals are mostly chemical, meaning the strength of the signals between neurons can vary depending on the amount of chemical. IE, brains are analog, not binary.
I'm not a neuroscientist either, but here's what I picked up from Biology I:
Action potentials are all the same shape and size, so a neuron firing is digital in some sense. However, the information transmitted is generally analog (how much light is hitting your eye, how red something is, how much pressure / heat you feel). This information is conveyed through the frequency of the action potentials. It's sort of like frequency shift keying used in digital radio communications.
Uh, so Phantom Brave (rated T) would be included in that definition? Because this game certainly allows, even encourages you to keep whacking at enemies after they have died.
I assume they are referring to hacking to steal game accounts, not necessarily stealing in-game items (besides, some games allow you to play a thief/bandit).
Have you tried Tibia? http://www.tibia.com/
You can play for free, however certain areas and skills are only for premium players. A premium costs about $40 for 6 months, about $6 a month.

shared spaces where 2D and 3D people can interact
So what do the 2D players see when the 3D players jump?
They see their shadows.
Who took the pictures? What if they made their own pictures of the penny?
Copyright doesn't cover data itself, only your specific expression of that data (i.e., the way you arrange it in a report).
Evanescent Wave Coupling
Current doesn't travel. Charges travel.
...will it take them to "complete" Tetris?
What nudity? Hot Coffee does not contain any. What are you talking about?

They are making another MMO which will focus more on PvP combat (FFXI had none IIRC).
says this will be the controller for the next Nintendo console.
Has this been changed recently? IIRC, the movie "The Italian Job" was rated PG-13, and had the f-word at least once.
