The USDA definition of "beef" is "Meat from full-grown cattle about two years old. “Baby beef” and “calf” are interchangeable terms used to describe young cattle weighing about 700 pounds that have been raised mainly on milk and grass."
Beef is the meat of an adult cow. Period. Nothing else can be sold as beef.
McDonald's burger patties are made of 100% beef. That is, they're made of nothing but the meat of adult cows. When cooked, they add a blend of salt and pepper to the patty.
Here is their legal ingredient statement: "100% Beef Patty: 100% Pure USDA Inspected Beef; No Fillers, No Extenders. Prepared with Grill Seasoning (Salt, Black Pepper)."
He didn't say "same power as." He said "same hardware as." Beyond that, there's a lot more netbook hardware than just the CPU. The form factor didn't exist at all in 2000, not even remotely.
This isn't true at all. Netbooks were made possible by super low-power, low-cost Intel Atom CPUs. A $300 netbook had about the same power as an old laptop, but coupled it with a small screen and halfway decent battery to create a small, cheap, modern laptop with 8 hour battery life at about 3 pounds.
There was no Atom in 2000. There were CPUs about as powerful as an Atom, but they used 10 times the power.
Yes, and it's full of an incomprehensible jumble of hundreds of apps that do the same thing, with a distinct lack of the super-common apps that most people (and the computer kid down the street) know how to use already.
No, you specifically need to allow the app in order to cast your vote. That's because it's the only good way to interface the module with your account. It doesn't make sense to somehow plug it directly into the backend and feed it through your Settings or something.
This comes from the same mentality as people who skip vaccinating their children: we have a generation who grew up taking things for granted, so they feel free to reject the very things that gave them that privilege. Grow up without being surrounded by disease, and it feels safe to throw away vaccines. Grow up taking an educated populace for granted, and it feels safe to throw away college.
It's also the same mentality that leads people to stop taking medications. I've seen so many people with seizure disorders stop taking their pills after a time because they don't have seizures anymore..... then immediately have seizures again. I know one person that died as a result of this.
As a person who has gone to college, dropped out, and is now going back, I understand the value of the education and experience. It's not for everyone, but it really does have immense value. Very few people have the disposition and dedication to focus themselves and spend their time doing something better than college - most who drop out or don't go will spend their time doing something far less valuable.
If text files open in Word, it's something you set up manually. There's not even an option during Office installation or setup to open text files with Word. Notepad is, and always has been, the default app for.txt files even if you've installed Office.
Fortunately it's easy to fix after you've messed it up. Right click, Open With, Always Open With. Choose Notepad. Done.
A ton of micro-ATX motherboards these days have 2 RAM slots, especially on the budget end. NewEgg turns up 53 micro-ATX Intel mobos with 4 RAM slots and 48 with 2 RAM slots. The ones with 2 RAM slots include a dozen from Asus or Gigabyte, with new chipsets like the B75.
And of course no mini-ITX motherboards have 4 RAM slots.
The point is that there is definitely a point to shopping around for a motherboard. There are a *lot* of options depending on what features and performance you want.
Uh, yes. Want to overclock? Those chipsets cost more. Serial port? Do you want to spend extra to get the optical audio output, or is 2-channel analog OK? What about PCI slots, need any? How many 8 or 16x PCI-E slots do you want? Cause it costs more if you want 2 or more. Do you think you'll need 4 RAM slots or is 2 enough? Do you want to spend the extra dough to have 4 6 Gbps SATA ports or is 2 enough? Or do you want to save some more money and just have 3 Gbps ports? Do you want 8 USB 3.0 ports, or just 2? Or maybe none? All different cost structures. eSATA? RAID 5 built into the motherboard?
Yes, there's worth in shopping for a motherboard if you're an enthusiast. You're not. That's OK, but don't brush off everyone else just because we want things you don't care about.
How do you calculate that? In CA it's about 630,000 people per electoral vote and in WI it's 570,000 people per electoral vote. That's a 1.1 ratio, not a 3.8 ratio.
The best way to figure out who has power over you is to figure out who you can't criticize. You have the freedom of speech when the answer to that is "no one."
I think that's not at all true. I assume the local police don't give a shit about foreign policy. If that's true, who ordered the arrest? Obama? Why would he do that?
What's much more likely is that once media reports of him apparently violating probation, the local PD felt pressure from the people and local government to arrest the guy for said parole violations. Nothing more.
You mind if I have some of your tasty beverage to wash this down?
They are seasoned with salt and pepper at the time of grilling. They are considered an add-on, the way mayonnaise may be.
Here's the actual McDonald's ingredient statement:
"100% Beef Patty:100% Pure USDA Inspected Beef; No Fillers, No Extenders. Prepared with Grill Seasoning (Salt, Black Pepper)."
The patties are, literally, nothing but meat of adult cow.

Glad I'm not the only one who saw that.
Up the Irons!
Injuries, particularly head injuries, are notoriously underreported in rugby. It's almost comical.
It clearly says "Adobe grants you a license" "if you obtained the software from Adobe."
You are literally granted a license by virtue of the fact that you got the software from Adobe and plan to use it in accordance to the EULA.

How do you get a sustained fission reaction without critical mass? Critical mass is defined as the mass required to sustain fission.

That worked super well this past 4 years. They won back the Presidency and gained ground in the Senate.
Oh, wait. That's the opposite of what happened.
Ask yourself why large corporations would want to have more H1-B visas.
I assume this was a private school? Got a link?
Not really.

Here's the other side of open source: "write it yourself."
I'd love to see that. I have no idea what year I signed up. Might have been 99 or 00 but I'm not sure.
Your sig made my head explode.
