First off they are married. Last I checked married couples own everything 50 / 50 or so in a perfect world. So how is installing software on "his" computer. It's His fault for getting caught, err doing it in the first place. I mean seriously.
And it's not like she was watching a neighbor. They are married there is a legal requirement there, if not why have to get divorced in court?.

Since when has all parental responsibilities been placed on corporate america. This is completely unacceptable these parents should be thrown in jail. It's the parents responsibility to teach kids right from wrong and obviously this kids parents FAILED him!.
I agree 100% this would be a great use for Gps as most violent criminals that do manage to get probation screw up and are re arrested soon after.
This could save lifes.

I won't start the card for under 50 an hour. Although that is the rate for family friends. Of course family is free that's a given. but as for business type problems it's 150 just to get me there and then 100-150 per hour depending on the job.
Networking has always been easy for me as i'm great with math. Database developement or repair doesn't come so easy so that is 150 per hour.
It all comes down to what am i worth.
I've been using the Sphere Xp for months now.. I think it's a great little program it's had it share of bugs but the developers have been very quick to fix these issues.

In the past two years Sco's fishing expedition has yeilded not one, 100% solid claim.
And with another 1.1 billion lines of sco will have all of ibm's code.
This gives new meaning to "ALL your Code Belong To us" They have essentail "legally" aquired IBM's source code so in turn unless ibm has an inkling that sco is infringling on it's code, they can no steal from ibm.
I guess they Hooked a big one!

Well as for sentencing I think 25 years is a little light compared to the death toll that could potentially have been created. If said person took down an air craft their should be a mandatory sentence of one year per body with 50 bodies equaling the death penalty. why am I so harsh? what if a family member was on that plane you'd feel the same.

I modded my Xbox so that i could copy more music to it as well as store the games on the hd so i don't have to keep going to get my game cd's. I've purchased over 50 games for this thing.. Most of which are on the hd.. I don't have to get my phatt ass off the couch as much.. So maybe it's an obesity issue they are attacking as well.
But if they were coping 15 games to a new xbox and making money illegally they are deserving of what happens.
