I have saved tons of paper using email. Also, since I lost one of my lungs, I've cut my smoking in half.
As far as video games go, I don't touch them. I also stay away from the TV. I suspect my intelligience is up since losing the TV. As a kid I smoked instead of doing my schoolwork. My intelligience did not go down, just my grades.
In conclusion, smoke 'em up, stay away from TV, do your homework and don't use your email to roll with.
