    No, it's just that the gaming market has grown so much that the 'gaming masses' now encompass the majority of people, which is largely, as you put it, retarded. The gaming community of today cannot be compared with the gaming community of maybe 5 years ago, when good games were actually being made. The good games of old are no longer big sells because the people that supported them are now a minority.

    I think it has more to do with the nature of the attitude of people of that age...

    Age? I don't think it has much to do with age so much as the culture that reinforces those behaviours. Those people have probably acted like that since gradeschool.

    Well, I think it's pretty straightforward. Just make sure that you and you alone maintain sole possession of the company, be it 51% of stocks or private ownership or whatever. And don't let anyone else get into a position where they can threaten that.

    That's not a bug, it's a feature. Really.

    SysRq + k kills all programs on the current virtual console. And anyways, it'll only work if it's enabled in the kernel. It's useful for low-level OS hacking.
