    Sure. That's a different issue.

    There are 2 arguments
    1) Choice - I have no arguments on that front. Govt should not be stopping this
    2) 16 oz of soda is not enough hydration - I am arguing against this. I don't think there is a need to drink soda with meals at all.

    Mostly we just call the stuff paracetamol.

    Not in the USA. They call paracetamol as acetaminophen there. Even medical people haven't heard of paracetamol there. Just like I had never heard of acetaminophen before I went to the USA.

    Every day, each employee e-mails a short report of what s/he did that day. It doesn't take too long, and it encourages mutual accountability, even if only a few co-workers read them regularly.

    Yes - that would be a great incentive. In most of my jobs, I used to think - if only they gave me the permission to write daily reports, I would have been working twice as hard & twice as good.

    I am planning to add it to an insurance/extended warranty plan I have which covers my shoes, socks, trousers, shirts, sunglasses. The underwear insurance is thrown in free with these things - I don't pay any extra premium for it.

    If you want to use android, you have to agree to the terms of the license.

    Android's license is the Apache License. What terms of this license has Aliyun violated?

    Wine says it runs Windows Applications. It should be OK for Microsoft to pressure companies to not ship Wine to avoid compatibility issues.

    Identity theft is not really a crime. It's like Music or Movie Piracy. You are just creating a copy of another person's identity. You are not depriving him of his identity. Once the copy of the identity has been made, both of them can use the identity.

    I keep 2 iPhones, 1 iPod, 1 Pad and 1 iRazor in my car. Nothing happens to them coz Apple stuff are always cool.
