Is Schwarzenegger says that it "hurts business" to impose these rules and that cell companies may want to leave California because of this (yeah right) so you can see the *Terminator* is just business as usual not the peoples governor but another repug shill. I apologize for the political outburst...
Odd...Schwarzenegger's name is in spell check...hmmmmmmm
Just like the viruses that attack the human body on a daily basis and make our immune systems stronger. With out them pounding on the operating systems insecurities what motivation would you have for making something more secure?
Heard of WTO, NAFTA and all the other things that make life easy for corps? Well that will follow you up there so rather than move, stay and fight, you will get better results in life sticking to rather than running from. How you may ask? Create your own company and see if you can run it the way you think things should be and still make a profit
Wow another FPS game that requires expensive hardware to run correctly, there is nothing new or exciting about this game and it will be about as cool as Quake 4...(twitch twitch) I'm waiting for something truly interesting in games not the usual run around and shoot things.
I am so glad to hear this next we need to have solar panels in decorative tiles for everyones roof. All new houses would get them and think of all the jobs installing them would create =)
Yeah I considered that, however, they could do it even with the business climate the way it is towards M$ and it would show some responsibility. Most likely if M$ coded a virus scanner it would just add one more exploit to an already sticky situation.
Why doesn't the most popular operating system come with a built in virus scanner that can be updated from the M$ update site? Why isn't M$ held partially responsible for worm/virus related incidents? For example; if there is a known exploit and it is not addressed in a timely manner by M$ then should they be held partially responsible? Sort of like a landlord that knowingly rents an unsafe apartment.
Actually there is an unspoken speed limit there and their driving test are far more stringent than ours, I also wouldn't say it's "safer" because when they do have an accident it's always fatal.
No trolling (whatever that is) I do speed and more than once have almost paid a price for it, Remember driving is a privilege not a right and with all the idiots on the road (anyone can get a license) I think it's about time it was exactly like public transportation, either that or a very very difficult driving test to weed out the losers.
I can't wait till the readers are mounted at stop lights and over passes to monitor your speed...5 miles or more over and you get a ticket in the mail =) watch fatalities, gas consumption drop and attitudes improve. I am for that 100%
I notice if I have trouble hearing someone I tend to speak louder, now mind you I know this makes no difference in whether I will hear better or not but it appears to be natural because I watch others do it, so to me (and in the article) cell phones are annoying for 2 reasons, they seem to take priority in peoples minds over a person in front of them, and the volume of the conversation...since most people seem to have periodic trouble hearing on their phones. Also the sad thing is that I am the only person I know of that thinks the person I'm talking to in front of me is more important than a phone call (unless its an emergency)everyone else I know stops their conversations with the person in front of them and answers the phone...how many of you do that? (I think it's rude)
1 soldier wears the back pack and the others route their visual, audio and position info thru him to the others on the team.(with any one soldier being able to take over that position) I could think of a few other uses as well, police (riot control, SWAT) gaming...(imagine setting up anywhere and people can join in no cables.."flash mob gaming")*phew*
How are they going to know? comcast says I can't run servers or VPN or several other items yet I do every single day for the last 2 years. Guess what...they don't know or care or have the time to police it.
I just drove up and playing on the radio in my car was an NPR commentary on "spyware" and the people trying to get legislation against it, well, whatever happened to personal responsibility? It isn't broadband that's the problem nor is it virus creators or spyware schleps it's the end user and the enormous ignorance of said user. The Inet and your computer are not as simple as TV but that appears to be what the common user thinks it should be. Until you address the actual problem (the user) the only thing we will get from legislation and laws is bigger, more intrusive government. I would rather see people forced to get a "computer license" than create any more laws around the Inet and computer because we may just lose the last sanctuary of free speech.
One penny? come on that's too cheap and the fact that it only uses windows media player? who started this the people from Real? (laff)
pop music has been placed in the same class as a side of fries.

Locate the stove on top of my FX 5200 blower and the holding oven by the CPU.

Since SP1 didn't stop anyone from using pirated copies neither will SP2 even if they tried, so spin it like they care.
How long before everyones drivers license has one?

Driving is a privilege not a right if you want to speed go to a race way.

and there is finally a link between cell phones and head related injuries.
Or did I wake up somewhere else....
