Are you some sort of crazy apologist for the Japanese? It's the racism FROM the Chinese and Koreans that causes the issues? This is like claiming that all the issues that Blacks and Natives face in America is because they're so racist to whites!
I lived / worked in Japan for 8 years as an engineer - I know a fuckload about what I'm speaking about. Moved away earlier this year because of the stupid levels of jingoism (rather than xenophobia - that's usually aimed at the Koreans / Chinese.) The majority of the racism that's spoke of isn't there - there's a distrust of English teachers (particularly people on JET) because they're rather likely to run from their debts, but that's (somewhat) understandable. Anyone who takes David Aldwinckle at face value - which you seem to be doing - is the uninformed idiot.
Unless he's ethnically Korean or Chinese he could get citizenship pretty easily - they make it easier than getting indefinite leave to remain (a "Green Card" in the US I believe) but he'd have to give up any existing citizenships (which is the reason that so few people from Europe / the US do)
You're allowed to vote in the UK for up to 15 years after you move to another country (I was under the assumption it was 5, the law appears to have changed after I left) though I'm under the understanding it would technically be illegal for you to be a member of a political party in the UK whilst living overseas.
Daily Show / Colbert Report are blocked from streaming in countries where it's shown on a domestic channel or HAS IN THE PAST been shown on a domestic channel (it's the second part that's asking for trouble)
486 (and it was only enabled for the DX) - the 386 series still needed a separate FPU. The difference between the 386 SX and DX was the size of the data bus.
It's almost certainly going to be pillarbox - that's how they did the HD version of the original Star Trek.
Now all we need to do is find out who we need to persuade at Warner to get a remastered HD release of B5 (no interest in post TNG Trek)
That sounds totally unlike the Japanese software industry I worked in for 8 years - where if you're still writing code after you turn 30, you failed (The embedded software field is very different though - there if you're 30 and writing code you're pretty young)
This is something that Labour went out of their way to keep illegal during the last copyright review - hopefully this helps show that while the Conservatives are evil amoral bastards, at least they're not quite so crazily desperate to set up a police state (by criminalising things that everyone does AND trying to remove the right to a jury trial / destroying the idea of double jeopardy)
That would have been Sin surely? Admittedly Sin was rushed to release to beat Half Life, but Half Life was hardly unique in trying to expand FPS games beyond the limited gaming of Wolfenstein, Doom, and Quake
"Local releases in the US often commands a much higher price then the same title overseas." - are you fucking insane? The US has the cheapest prices for media (games, CDs, films, bluray, DVD, books) in the developed world! Yes, stuff will be cheaper in Vietnam or China or wherever, but it'll be easily 2x the price in Europe, Japan, or Australia.
Analogue TV is currently being shut down in the UK - last region(s) in about a year, so complaining that an analogue TV recorder is no longer usable is a little weird surely? May as well have a moan about the government turning off your TV while you're at it!
At what point was Clinton involved in the KKK? Yes, he brushed off Byrd's past, but if that's "a leader of the KKK" then GWB is "a leader of Al-Qaeda" and Cheney "a leader in Saddam Hussein's government"
It's quite possible you just haven't noticed them (they're sort of hidden away) but afaik they're available world wide with the exception of Australia. Certainly when they were launched in Japan I think it was one of the last tranches of a worldwide roll out.
The big difference is that wikia is for-profit (and set up by the same people behind wikipedia - the profit motive is quite likely the reason they banned all the fluff from wikipedia in the first place!)
AirPatrol have some tech that sort of does what you want, but it's very much enterprise orientated.
10nd? Are you a (pre .NET) VB programmer?
10rd surely.

PS3 uses NetFront afaik which is basically the same as the Dreamcast browser. I believe it's used in a bunch of other embedded products.
the 360 also has the Indie store, and while most of the games make fuck-all money the same is true of the iOS App Store.

Pentium - the 486SX didn't do hardware floating point (it had an FPU, but it was disconnected)

Original you say?
Since when has South America been "off shore" of the US?

Facticious? A most cromulent word it seems
He tried to start a war on two fronts
Either you meant "her" or I missed out something of a shocking revelation on my last read-through
