Hmmm. IANAL, but I reckon running the program counts as "digital performance" of the work and, as such, clause 4.b. kicks in:
"to the extent reasonably practicable, the Uniform Resource Identifier, if any, that Licensor specifies to be associated with the Work"
it might not quite get to "cite our paper", but it's pretty close.
I don't know. This one:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/
seems to be OSI approved. Provided the authors state what attribution they require (in the case in point: "requiring any published article that uses results of the software to cite our paper"), the line:
"You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor."
seems to be cover such a requirement.
The interesting thing is that supposedly Google is interested in the power of OpenOffice. This could maybe lead to online creation of office documents, emailing them through GMail, and storing them in Google webspace. It starts to kill the use of Windows apps.
Of multi-player (>2) games Puerto Rico and Settlers are the best IMHO. Elfenland, another Game of the Year winner from Germany, like Settlers, is OK but not up on the other two.
For two-player, I recommend The Castle --- a two-player version of Carcassone.

Psystars and Ybruthars just get along?
Let's not jump to conclusions here.
You're new here, aren't you?
In Soviet Russia, you protect DRM from virus laden mp3s... wait a minute, isn't that what the US DMCA does?

Boss: Why did the arm shut itself down?!!
Operator: Ahhh.. errr.. it had shut down to save itself?
There, fixed it for you... even if the lander is using VxWorks.
Don't you mean: OMG - PNYS!
Q: Why is American Beer like making love in a canoe?
A: Because they're both fscking near water.
No. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit.
The PUN is the lowest form of humor.
Surtainly!

Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man how to fish, and he'll ask if roe is on the exam.
Give a man a fish, and he eats for a day. Teach a man how to fish, and he'll ask if salmon roe is on the exam.

The Network Is The Computer[tm].
What you want is "Pipe Dream" http://innovexpo.itee.uq.edu.au/2003/exhibits/s358 144/, a final year engineering project.
:-)
Except the H bomb, I expect.
The Economist recently ran a comparison: http://www.economist.com/displaystory.cfm?story_id =3722894
"Take a two-bedroom flat in London.... You would be almost £35,000 better off renting."
Not to mention the Blue Quiche of Death.

Sure, you can't get fired... but you also can't get promoted!
It's a cross between a lunatic and Santa Claus.
Don't have a cow, man.
