I have a plan that would remove all this nonsense and that is an insurance for people who use p2p. People can pay a small sum per month and if a company sues that individual for copyright theft the money from the insurance pays up for the lawsuit and damages. And as companies only sue a minor number of people an insurance company would also make money.
Imagine if you could run to work at an average speed of 30mph, there would be no more need to use poluting petrol driven vehicles, cars would only be use for very long distances. everyone would be able to commute to work by running. it would also mean no more obesity, as energy would still be consummed from the body.
how about a law that bans software from bein installed without the user agreeing to a EULA, and also doesnt keep perstering the user to accept a certain license.
Here's a simple test for someone who hasnt usually got a problem with msg. what you do is buy a 100g sachet of MSG and make a soup with it, drink and let me know if your are alright.
So the terrorists use planes to destroy buildings, so whos clever idea is it to equip these planes with lasers how are we going to shoot these planes down if they are hijacked by terrorists.
If its not royal blue, i dont want it. no matter how pressssssious it is, and i'll put the my 2 extended editions on ebay.
Might still buy if its gold tho.:D
Ive come to the conclusion that they either just snoop around to see what filenames you are hosting or either they download a file and log who has been sharing with you. I dont think they actually take part in the sharing process as that wuld be entrapment, and what can they prove if they only download 1% of a file of you.
And to think ive just bought a cd that wont even rip onto my mp3 player thats sick.
I'll probably have to download the same cd in mp3 format and get sued for something i have bought.
here is the kind of email you can receive from a copyright holder.

They could essentially compare the code for every sys V with every AIX code mix and match versions and find the lines of code in different places that are the same but does that mean its copying.

Thats a tremendous speed but when it becomes public and everyone has it, it will be at half that speed with the other half of the packets going to the nsa and every byte we download will be monitored.
