I would be fine with people choosing not to immunise as long as they are also happy to be charged with murder if their child inadvertantly kills a someone elses child through spreading one of these highly contagious diseases.
And how exactly do you propose they get this so called new mechanism onto existing boxes without using the existing broken mechanism and therefore exposing it to exploitation. Do you think they are magically going to make new keys and updates magically appear on the PS3?

myself and the 3 others I went with to see Avatar all complained about the eye strain or headaches by the end of it. Why is the plot being predictable bad? well if after 20 mins into the movie you can already work out what the hell is gonna happen by the end then really what is the point of a story driven movie? The characters were extremely shallow and cliche to the point where you had to cringe at some of the dialog and story. Having said that I enjoyed it to for the well done 3D, though it did ensure that I never want to watch movies in 3D again (at least with current tech).
Quite the reverse, Tivo attacked Microsoft's customers and Microsoft with lawsuits for their software, these lawsuits are in retaliation to the bastard acts of Tivo, quite frankly Tivo deserve whatever they get hit with, live by the sword, die by the sword.
