At home or work... but I'm not sure that's very convenient when traveling... I can imagine someone on the subway fumbling with their little screwdriver and extra pouch of batteries.
Wish the low end still had Firewire, though.
Even if you get the new display that can fit along with the new MacBooks... it has three USB ports in the back yet no Firewire!
"The people who bought Creep after ending u shouting at the top of their voice whilst in a drunken clinch and didn't like the res of their stuff aren't really Radiohead fans; they're a fan of that Radiohead single."
Actually it helped me understand more about what was going on from a programming perspective. From a building block perspective, I think it's still relevant. It's not that you yourself are going to be programming in assembly when you can have a compiler break down a higher language program into assembly automatically. But the point is, for myself at least, it gives a deeper/basic look into what goes in between software and hardware.
"English and Japanese have nothing in common and therefore require far more learning, understanding and whatnot."
Actually... Japanese has many loan words... from Chinese, English and some other languages as well. That makes picking it up easier.
The real difference (in my opinion at least,) that makes learning Japanese (from an English as a first language person's standpoint,) is learning to think in Japanese. It's a lot different and I find myself thinking more in Japanese than in English now.
Has anyone here thought about what the children are going through right now (and in the future)? This is not the right type of article to post on Slashdot... no one cares about people here.

I wonder if it's a power issue...
Actually, Korean resembles Japanese as far as grammatical structure (but not in terms of conjugation.)

What does that mean in English?
That's not the point of an offering to God.
Sometimes you have to start moving past old things... (like OS 9).
It doesn't seem that absolutely terrible when I use it.
5 months in it barely get passing grades.
Shouldn't that be... "gets"?

It's good to know how things work underneath the hood.
Dude, it's not Dr. Seuss.
Hey, there is still time for you to find out who God is and time to seek.
Developers, developers, developers...
I would think something like Yuki's "Joy" single would be something that would make #1 on the US charts. (it's on youtube and google video, or at this site: http://www.transbuddha.com/index.php/buddha/commen ts/5907/)
