    On the bright side, so many more things to do with a laser than pointing at air planes and stuff. Strange how you wont be put into 25 years of prison if you point it straight at someone's eye. Now back to pointing at people and burning them from a distant.

    Yeah he does, I have personally met him. I am orginally from Sri Lanka, hope my family and everyone is alright, seems like most of the telephone systems are down.

    For all of the time I have lived there, there wernt any kind of earthquakes or such, not even news of any that were in the history either.

    I cant wait to see someone modding out their mechanism to speed up the rotation. Either someone who wants to rotate every minnute or even fast. Should be great to see everything being pulled outwards.

    Depends on the person who you are talking about, a rich person or a poor person. China's rapid growth in the technology world and becomming a very modernized fast moving country would make me think that it would be relatively cheap for a computer like that to be ~$500.

    In a help page that described how to use their pop3, it has the option of leaving a copy of the email on gmails store, so it is not being deleted when using pop.

    I held my upmost respect for Google and being a very loyal Googler. This, if in fact was a self sensorship, my respect for that is going to go down very much, I would feel backstabbed by google. If its the govt, I wouldnt really have anything agaist Google.

    Only thing I wouldnt like about this idea is storing the disks somewhere for a while, only to come and find it rotting (including data loss) but if there is something to help protect again, I am all for it.

  16. I was a mentor on BEST Robotics Competition Kicks Off Challenge 2004 · · Score: 2, Informative

    The BEST Robotics competetions are rather simple, yet it teaches many things. I did it for the four years in high school. Good stuff. I went to the Texas Brazos Competetions yesterday, which the team I was mentoring won 1st place.
