There's no need to read anything since what's written here pretty much says it all. Currently there is only a forum and a page explaining what they want to achieve.
Probably not. I would immagine that the admins of The Pirate Bay to have similar opinions to those of the Bureau of Piracy. And I've never heard any thoughts on starting up a party from them.
Take a good read here. Do you see the picture of the bag? That's what airport security sees on their screens and they determine whether the contents of the bags they check are a threat or not.
Steve Ballmer:"I'm going to ------ bury that guy, I have done it before and I will do it again!" Erik Schmidt:"Our business strategy is not to compete."

If person A sends somthing like a pirated movie to person B, would the media industry, if they had access to the stored data, be able to tell that a pirated movie was in fact downloaded/uploaded?
Well no, actually they knew where the rat was (until it's radio transmitter went dead). They were trying to catch it using traps but had no luck. A rat is not the same thing as a blue whale or an elephant.
Well, the best solution would be to disperse the load over a number of different mirrors. That way the mirrors won't crap out since they'd only get what they can handle and the mirrored site as well.
Not to sound like a spelling nazi here, but it's actually "Hasta la vista". The H isn't pronounced in Spanish and that's why it might sound like "Asta la vista".
