however, wouldn't the security of this "technology" be compromised by merely taking a picture of the owner with a camera and then stealing the phone? The phone will react to the face on the printed picture and allow access to it, potentionally allowing the thief to disable this "feature" and resell the phone.. How likely is this In other words... 1. Take picture/video clip of person owning phone 2. Steal it! 3. Print picture or show vid clip using your computer monitor 4. disable the identity protection 5. ??? 6. PROFIT!!!
But now, according to IsraCast, a team of Israeli researchers has discovered that the microwave radiation used by our cell phones could destroy our eyes by causing two kinds of damages to our visual system, including an irreversible one.
The accuracy of the overlay seems to vary according to the elevation of the area and also the image itslf. Because of the fact that sattilites can only zoom in so far and still have a good image, in areas where you can zoom all the way in, they have to use airplanes to take pictures. Nevertheless, these survery airplanes have to maintain a perfect or almost perfect parallellness with the ground or else the image will look shifted. In places where the overlays are not very exact, the most common reason is than when the sattilite image was taken, the survey plane's camera was not pointing straight down and resulted in a shifted overlay in relation to the real image.
Wouldn't the cost be the same. Say 50% more wires= 50 % less errors, but you still spend 50% more on the wires there, so you would still break even because even though your yeild is 150% of the original, the chips will also be 50% more costly because there's 50% more wires in it.
Since Ebola is such a deadly disease, surely many natives would risk the possible side effects of the vaccine to have resistance to ebola, so why not test it, if it works, just implement it and not wait 5 years of more people dying, etc? This is the same with all drugs, why not?
"The Korean site, unlike U.S. versions, was operated by another company, which Microsoft did not identify. Microsoft's own experts and Korean police were investigating, but Microsoft believes the computers were vulnerable because operators failed to apply necessary software patches, said Sohn, an MSN director."
