You are thinking of a different issue. This is not about the self-harm clips in video for kids, this is about pedophiles watching normal videos of kids and leaving comments pointing out the parts they found most interesting. Apparently if you know the terms they use you can just search for them to find videos of children doing whatever pedos think is hot.
I thought I had seen some incredible feats of hysteria before, but this has to be a new high water mark. Because some comments *might* be left by perverts, we are just getting rid of them altogether? "Featuring minors" also is incredibly vague, would this include anything with child actors? What about reviews of something that featured child actors?
I feel like this is just going to push yet another chunk of the creator base to other platforms, if they exist. It might be time for Youtube to decide on the content it really wants on its platform and then build outward from there, as they have obviously moved (or been forced) away from just a general video sharing service.
But the most useless definition of planets is "planets are objects we call planets"
It is a shame then that this is literally what the IAU did when they decided to create a "definition" of planets with the sole objective of preventing new planets from being discovered in the solar system. In doing so, it has pretty much ignored the fact that one of the main criterion in this "definition" doesn't have any accepted meaning. If they wanted to exclude plutoids they should have just set a mass cutoff and been done with it.
Who exactly is Truveda marketed towards? I feel like taking a daily prescription medication to avoid a disease is a pretty onerous requirement and would only appeal to a very small subset of very high-risk people.
People must also know that the chances of getting HIV by a heterosexual that does not use injections of illegal drugs is as close to zero as statistical analysis will allow
I for one am glad that we are creating a database that can be used to conclusively identify Arizonans. Even though Arizonans can look just like normal people, with this technology we will be able to finally root them out.
Stephenson said they detected a low-level site within the building and traced it to the three buckets, which Park Service technicians had inexplicably returned to the building after dumping their contents.
After dumping the contents, the employees brought back the buckets. Certainly don't want to waste a good bucket.
Seriously though, some of these questions could have been answered if the people involved hadn't rushed to cover everything up. Also I notice nobody's talking about the significant levels of radon these buckets could have been producing, which could have been a significantly more dangerous source of radiation exposure than the minerals themselves.
So the thing I'm amazed at is given the stranglehold Amazon seems to have on its market, they only made 11.4 Billion for the year. From what I can see, Apple posted a 14.1 Billion profit on Q4 alone.
"We can't release it, it's too powerful!" sounds like a cheap way to drum up free publicity, implying groundbreaking results without having to actually deliver anything. That is it would sound like that, except Elon Musk is involved, and we know he would never do something so crass and dishonest for publicity.
The webring banner was really what I was hoping for as well, along with a list of meaningless site awards.
It is kind of amusing to see how similar the Marvel page looks to an old cheesy website, and then look at the actual html underneath that looks absolutely nothing like an older page.
The problem is there is a bunch of hot, arable land that will be rendered unusable. Because of the shape of the earth, humanity as a whole is likely to lose more territory than it gains, and that is without taking into account coastal flooding.
Great, this sounds like "global cooling" all over again. I myself can't wait to hear about this in 15 years "Well, in 2019 studies said the population was catastrophically decreasing! Population scientists don't know what they're talking about!"
The fact that the 15 true or false questions were not shared makes me question if they were as factual as claimed. If I was to make a questionnaire, and on make half of the items talking points of an argument I was promoting, I would be unsurprised to find the people who disagreed with me performing poorly. So until it is verified that the questions aren't of the "GMO crops will save billions of lives in the coming century: True or False?" variety, I will treat this study very skeptically.
Trump is a lucky guy, he's had all these criminals around him and didn't even know it! It's fortunate that the authorities have found them out before any of these scoundrels had a chance to take advantage of him.
China has seemingly made a policy of enforcing social shaming and isolation by using surveillance to make the effects transmissible by proximity, i.e. you go to a place undesirables live or hang out, or talk to or even sell things to undesirables, you become an undesirable yourself. Some reports suggest that this policy has been used to great effect in Xinjiang, leading to a situation where the population is so afraid of being blacklisted they will shun anyone they even think might be out of the government's favor. I suspect there is a similar aim with this, and that its true purpose is not to you know you are around debtors, but to remind you that the government knows you are around debtors. Hang out with them too much and your own credit may start to go down.
You haven't read the comment chain. I am responding to the grandparent poster who was talking about alternative systems, and am explaining why you need something like the suction/pincer system.
You've seen the movie "Predator"? It's like that thing, except a child.

You are definitely not catching Keyser Soze like that.
This is an interesting observation.
I was going to be so sad if I didn't see this.

No, just no.
Do some research
Is this a follow up to the experiment where they dressed Chris and Steve-O up as a zebra to see if they attracted lions?

Is this like jumping on a grenade, did he quickly trade on these secrets to keep his fellow Apple employees from doing it themselves?
It appears that the backup servers did not share any authentication and were accessed and destroyed separately.

And also the perpetrators.

Hopefully, I will eventually be able to acquire the skill necessary to stop using the mouse in photoshop.
