Being that I have never played Bioshock/System Shock 2(FPS make me yak), can you tell me what makes them so good? So far all I have picked up about them is that they are FPS with a good story. Thanks.
I think your still missing the point that they did not have to do this. I agree that having your service down for a few days sucks but I think they are making good.
I think Nintendo would be hit big time with bad publicity if they suddenly raised their prices. Have you ever seen any consumer electronic device come out and then suddenly raise their price when demand was high?
I do not see how you can say its not a win for customers. We get equipment that actually works. Not everyone has the time/money/skill to roll their own cellphone network... and that is a very good thing. Yes big companies are evil bla bla bla but with them there also comes the ability to fly somewhere and know your cell phone will work, its a standard. I seriously doubt you would be able to achieve that without them.
The issue with using a print driver based PDF solution such as PDF Creater is that all the text information gets lost, the output is a PDF which is essentially just a series of rendered images.

25% of the affluent side of the market is willing to risk bricking a $400 phone to avoid their service.
If I was a stock holder the only thing I would be focused on is the 25% loss in profits.

Yea I think that is a slight exaggeration, They are noticeable dimmer but far from unusable.
Actually they both had four. Genesis has A,B,C,START and NES had A,B,SELECT,START, not counting the dpads.
Yea I dont think its that we do not understand, its that we have seen the same joke 10 times above this.
