    Yes, i saw letters which were about smuggling money out of Nigeria, and some which were about literally laundering money which came from a botched bank robbery.
    People who fell for these DESERVE the punishment.
    If those cases were real and they caught, they would sit in prison.

    Luckily it isn't :)
    How do you think a paralegal site should (and could) influence a court case significantly?
    The courts must (and i bet they would) have decided the same way without Groklaw.
    Of course Groklaw was sorely needed to dispel the fud and to keep concerned people informed.
    It balanced SCO quite well, even with its 'partisan noise' :)

    They released ALL damn passwords in a public record.
    Anyone (who already has physical access to this network), which could be quite many people, could have various degree of access to the network.
    I'm sure hackers who already got a way to the network perimeter would like these passwords too.
    The ensuing chaos will prove he was right, sadly they will make him the scapegoat for it too, none will see (or admit) Childs was right.

    Yes, it does. With such low cost of HD/flash and such good compression methods, i don't use CDs anymore. Even if i bought a CD, i would rip & compress it to HD to play it, instead of letting it scratch (i also don't like swapping cds).

    There are several other problems with their business model.
    They sell good music bundled in crap.
    They resell music high above the production cost.
    They create a huge overhead, and became obsolete now that the real makers of music can sell it directly. (The *AA doesn't make music itself).

    How hard is to bring boobs in ANY game and hack it to show them?
    How different is that from having the actual pixels sleeping on the disk?

    For example, if you are a chair in Redmond, i wouldn't be in your place.
    If you are a Yahoo stockholder, it M$ would give you an one time cash, but then Yahoo would be left to rot. With Google, they might have a good business, and eventually merge wholly with Google.
    If you are a M$ stockholder, you should probably buy Yahoogle stock, it is safer (better for you), believe me.
    If you are Icahn, you suck.

    You bring up chemical reactions: the meteorite goes through heavy oxidisation and stress during its entry to the atmosphere.
    Water on earth came from ice meteorites too, and Earth gains solid matter from micrometeorites daily as well.

    Nyah, it was created from Sun's accretion disc by the FSM. Its matter still orbits the Sun in the same distance, so I doubt falling is appropriate wording.
