I would like to remind everyone that the reason why water or whatever fluid is inside it helps cool down the card is because of its high heat capacity. This also means that its slower to cool it down when it's already very hot.
Gmail can block or ask confirmation if the user is sending a lot of emails in a short span of time (staggered or not). If it will only ask for confirmation, it may use a captcha to make it harder for the bots.
That is the reason why I was shocked when I read the title. I know that there are Nokia phones that can read RFID and Nokia is pushing for its widespread use.
Here's a useful link regarding RFID in Nokia phones: http://europe.nokia.com/nokia/0,,55737,00.html
...we cannot do much in the past anyway because we are not just talking of one event that should be complimentary e.g. the person who time traveled was born, but of many events e.g. the actual position of the atoms, etc.
I run linux so I can't run the program. I would like to ask if the spread of a worm is similar to the spread of an epidemic and if the same technique (agent-based, cellular automata) is used to simulate both?
In the Philippines where you can pass phone credits to prepaid subscribers by sending an SMS, a more direct way to profit exists. By logging keystrokes or parsing SMS sent to a particular number, a trojan/spyware can get the pin for "pasaload" (load-passing) or share-a-load. Using this pin, it can now send credits to a benefiting subscriber in expense of the victim's load.
Last week, LaPorte opined that Adobe bought Macromedia to prevent Microsoft from buying it. This news only shows that Microsoft has its eyes set on Adobe. Maybe that was really Adobe's reason
First of all, this is a security feature that helps prevent being victimized by phishing attacks. DO THE FOLLOWING AT YOUR OWN RISK.
1. go to about:config
2. add/edit this key: network. http.phishy-userpass-length
3. the value is from 1 to 255.
the browser will warn that you are entering a username and password unless the length is less than that number. the default is 1.

When you're roaming outside the country, you pay when you receive messages or calls. Otherwise, you don't pay anything just by receiving. That's for Philippine carriers
If you (and others) do not use free software, then that will be the end of the story. How can it improve if no one's going to use it? If no one's going to help it improve (aside from the developer, of course)? A (closed-source) company can hire a team to create a new software and improve it but that is simply not possible for the one-man free software developer. Certainly, not on his own.
1. dump windows and use another os like linux
2. use firefox
3. install spybot and/or other anti-spyware programs
if you can't do any of the above:
1. don't go to porn sites
2. don't connect to the net
i'm from the philippines and most people here don't know any other operating system than windows. it's really hard to convince people to use linux and other open source software because of piracy. that's why i start by spreading firefox then introducing other open source software inc. linux
I wonder what they will build using this in order to beat the flying web servers? Racing Beowulf clusters, anyone?

...how about the history of microsoft? Too bad "The Pirates of Silicon Valley" was several years early; they would have won :)

They learned from the suicide bombers and use car bombs to either directly kill enemies or blame it on them :)
With your argument, does that mean that Firefox. is the saviour of the internet? ;)
