It wont make a difference what time people goto work, you ASK what time they goto work, there are people in the same time zone that I have to ASK what time they work because they work at odd times in the day
You dont change when you do things, you change the time that REPRESENTS what you do.
I dont see the point of a mission to mars, you would need to live indoors, ship/generate oxygen, ship/generate food, ship/generate water, ship/generate power, etc etc
It would be better if we learn how to live on earth first, consuming one planet and moving on to the next is not a good idea, especially when earth is much better and mars is a lot more difficult to live on
