    During 2018, hardly anyone switched from telegraph to WhatsApp.
    As less people pay for traditional TV, the rate at which people abandon traditional TV is bound to decrease. There is a finite number of subscribers, after all.

    I used to live in Israel. The postal service was atrocious. I am told (I haven't lived there for a while) that it only ever started getting better after private companies started competing with it. It's still not a decent service, though. Not by any stretch of the imagination. Look for the opening hours of any of its branches on Google Maps.

    There's not much sense going fast when doing recreational diving. You don't get to see much, and scare away the fish. That's why diver propulsion vehicles are unpopular. If you do manage to find a dive shop that has any, they'd most likely tell you they're not sure they're operational, as they've not been used for the last 18 months, but that they're willing to check...

    Being unable (or finding it difficult) to pronounce a consonant in a certain way sounds to me very similar to what speech therapists deal with.

    Sometimes there's just no other way of getting the point across concisely. Say you're writing a mathematical proof, and you use a bunch of variables named p-subscript-i. Say you also have a variable called P. When you later refer to the lowercase p's with subscripts, saying for example not more than one of them can be negative... well, you see what I just had to do.
