The NWS issued a warning for Lancaster County (which is probably 1000 sq miles and they had 8,000 people gathered in one place. But the sun was shining at the ballpark (only later when thunderstorms appeared in area did they postpone game.) But according to NWS guidelines the 8,000 people should have ran for shelter because there was a radar indicated tornado 25-30 miles away.
There was no visual siteing of tornado just a radar indication that there "could" be a tornado.
I thought that "could be" only deserved a watch.

You aren't going to rich using this strategy you will make money. Poker isn't about betting/folding as it is about money management. It is simple if you have the better hand you win. No AI needed for that play he odds and if the odds shift then fold. A bot can outlast you just playing the odds w/o relying on the fact that you could be bluffing. So what you get bluffed out of a pot being a bot you don't care you will make it up in the A-Holes betting 2-9's into your JJ or whatever.

I have to butt in here and start a flamewar. What does converting a song you ripped from the original format to MP3 have to do with this? You have spent the energy/storage requirements to make a deriviative work of the orginal. Yes technically it is by ear the same as the orginal but is it really? I rip a song from a CD (which I legally own or have fair use rights to) and convert it to something that's entirely different.
If I wave my wallet near some type of scanner, which card will be selected? Easier answer the one that the owners of your cards can make the most money off of. You have 2 cards one that charges 2% and one that is "free" which one do you think will conclude the transaction? My money is on the one that will make the corporation the most money.
