    Well, assuming they had good enough servers, it's not impossible that people would wait overnight for a game to download. And it is very possible that they'd cut out all the extraneous crap and just throw that on the "mega ultra supreme deluxe" DVD version or something like that.

    I've found that most, if not all wireless cards allow their MAC to be changed out of the box. I use macshift to do it. Unzip it to c:\windows and it will work on the command line easily.

    When I used opera, I loved the smart forward on pages where it had an obvious number in the url, and using the forward button would bring you to the next page in the sequence. Also, those extra views were cool but not very useful (for me at least). I bet the vision-impaired would find that incredibly useful, though.

    Check out the middle inner edge of the controller. Is that a headphone jack? I remember thinking how much of a badass addition that would have been to the original Xbox to have headphone ports on the controller in that same place.

    While visiting my sister at UMass Amherst, I got to try out i2hub. It looked like it was just a modded DC++ client. Man, that kicked ass. You could get stuff at actual LAN speeds so you never had to wait (example: 900kbps downloads were "slow").
