    considering it costs $1400 USD to file complaint, its more likely the cheapest option, and with big companies like microsoft (who buy thousands of domains) and considering the domain isnt in use, its most likely will be given to microsoft due to "Trademark" issues.

    These people arent going to go to jail, as the data was obtained illegally.
    BUT, their accounts are now known, AND linked to current tax accounts... whats going to happen is more auditing on accounts, they then refer to this illegal data to then pressure the people to pay more tax.... the threat of court would be more than enough to get people to conform

    CloudFlare is free, i use on several of my big sites.
    you CAN pay but i dont see the point as i would invest in a redundant system, its good enough to offset bandwidth and DDoS...

    There was a report done on Science, that were have discovered so much that its hard to discover new things, same with IT and stuff... i think its reached entropy where there just isnt that much to report on.
    if you want more to report on, stop complaining and do something about it. its easy to complain, harder to do!

    pretty much you can sell fractals of 1, i can sell 0.01 of 1 bitcoin for $20, i will now have 0.99 of a bitcoin
    although there are 21 million bitcoins there is an endless fractal 0.00000001 of a bitcoin....

    ACTUALLY, heres a little bit of secret info
    the police prefer NOT to shutdown these P2P networks as it allows them to easily track people who download it.
    its a very valuable key for their child porn fight, pretty much says name of file people are downloading and ip address of people downloading... they then grab a search warrant and nab you...
    you notice how its always the "content" industry complaining... not the government or police? why? BECAUSE IT ISNT ILLEGAL
