Honestly, I really hope that Apple released the device without a ship date to pay attention to additional requests. No Camera flash/zoom? Maybe they'll go back and add it. No GPS? Maybe they'll release an option for GPS. Who knows, but I hope they're paying attention.

You know, just as all of this stuff is implemented the terrorists are going to move on to new mediums and soon, because of the cost of identification on everyone increases, so too will our lifestyle and our economy will collapse. Just my 2 cents. I'm sorry, but this fight will never end.
To fight spam we should hold the following responsible:
1) ISP's for not properly configurating their network to block certain traffic to certain home computers ports. Even more so when suspect traffic is noticed. Example, my ISP does not allow outbound port 25 connections.
2) Software companies who develop broken code allowing such activities (IE, Microsoft).
Nuff said.
I like the new 2.0 browser, but it's driving me nuts that it keeps asking for a proxy user name and password. I even did NTLM fix but that didn't change anything.
I installed the new fan controller and it does help. Battery life isn't affect THAT much. The biggest thing prior to installing this was replacing the faulty battery. That was the main cause of the heat that I saw.

This would be a terrible thing if this were to happen. Obviously, the judge has no conception of what this could cause.

My only suggestion and would be to ensure that the application doesn't crash. Mission accomplished so far.

Why would it be limited? Having 16GB is definitely useful and they shouldn't make only a certain number of devices.
