I just have to say that in my personal opinion I'm not surprised that MS didn't do well, but last? How does a browser last this long that doesn't support the majority of web standards?
I don't think the iPhone can be unlocked or I wouldn't even worry about it. One of the big features of the iPhone is the visual voicemail and that wouldn't work with any other providers. One of course, can choose not to use that function and be happy with the phone but what's the point?
Pleading? That will bring good results. Leave it to Microsoft to plead. On a side note, I run Vista and it's quite annoying. Given the chance again, I wouldn't have purchased a new Laptop with that installed.
I don't see how they can make a claim that Google would operate without regard to privacy? They're still held accountable for the actions taken and are required by law to protect the privacy of others. Buy all they want, collect my data, just don't give it out.

The reason that the United States doesn't switch to the Metric system is because 99% of the people are to ignorant or are not intelligent enough to understand.
If you need Google to list all of the health records, you should be worried about more than just someone finding out some information...

That is kind of scary. I know that it's in every countries best interest to update there military vehicles, but still a bad thought to say the least.

Or, you can be like me and block most of the ip blocks in China. That reduces spam by about 60%. =)
It's not THAT bad of an idea but wouldn't you just edit out the commercial/advertisement and save it as a new file?

Great marketing idea. I can't believe all the user submissions and YouTube marketing on this is a great thing.
If Google were to make a phone, I would say go with VOIP with some WiFi. Would be nice around the house.
