You should also add a better title, such as "Slashdot, 2006".
Perhaps you should examine the Star Trek:TNG episode "Thine Own Self". This shows how a civilization might handle radioactive material. The stuff may get passed around as different curious people try to analyze it, and everyone gets radiation poisoning.
That may make sense to most people, but it might not be true. Catullus was quite unpopular in Roman times, looked down upon as an inferior poet, but today he is up there with Horace and Ovid. Maybe a couple thousand years from now, people will be studying Star Trek: Enterprise. It's hard to imagine now, but Catullus himself wouldn't have guessed he would survive twenty-one centuries.
Not Martians. It's Xenu. He's breaking free. Then Cruise really can save us!
Or maybe I should just keep my mouth shut. I'm sure CmdrTaco doesn't need to get bullied^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hin trouble with the legal clowns^H^H^H^H^H^Hdepartment of the Church of Scientology again.
This headline isn't going to matter. Down here in southside Virginia, there is a group of preachers who are convinced that the entire fossil record was planted by the US Army during the first half of the 1940's. Two things that get me:
Why on Earth would they do that?! What could there possibly be to gain by doing that?
Early 1940's. Hmm...if I remember my history correctly, weren't they a little busy about that time?
You try to present these points to them and they just repeat themselves, quite often a little louder. This can't be the only place in the world that has people with such logic-defying ideas. If these people didn't believe science before, they won't now. Not even if God Himself comes down and sets them straight.
We usually take care of these things in metamod. Your rogue moderators are especially easy to catch considering The Grand TrollMod Army doesn't seem to be using Overrated anymore.
I've also noticed that your TrollMods don't seem to be modding you down as much lately. They probably can't get mod points anymore. This is why we have M2. Just a few more, and you may never have to complain again.
Yeah, but my Greasemonkey script for collapsing comment trees isn't working. I then tried turning on the tree-collapsing capability in the Slashdotter extension, but the link that collapses replies didn't show up. Is anyone else having this problem?
If messing with comment collapsing is an April Fools prank, that was poor taste, Taco.
The aging does not "counteract" the relativity. For example, you may look like you aged 50 years, but only 20 will actually have passed for you. Meanwhile, 50 years may actually have passed on Earth.
Cosmic radiation may age you, but it will not accelerate time.
The rest of us, huh? Including this guy? I think you're the same troll who stalks TMM. And don't try to pass off any of that "I know for a fact there are many of us" bull. Those of us decent enough to log in to speak our minds aren't falling for it.
Also, if it isn't funny, then why am I modded that way? I was also modded Underrated, as you can see in the moderation breakdown. If the civilized people who log in and post meaningful things to Slashdot enough to get mod points think it's funny, then that is all that matters. I don't care what a faceless AC troll thinks, and neither does anyone else. That's why you were modded Overrated.

He's George III. You forgot either Washington or Bush Sr.
We already have those. They're called political action committees.
Don't forget a FUBAR.
Hold on...following the pattern, how would you have a grandson to bequeath it to?

Oh, it's right here. I guess I should have RTFC before posting.
Sorry about that.
will probably attract the attention of the Martian Highway Patrol
Or the Council of Elders. Someone please post some Late Breaking News - I wanna know how K'Breel is doing!
Please tell us about how BSD and Solaris will help with this.
For the record, it didn't when I first checked. Kudos to you for fixing it, though.

Including this one? It would make sense.
Your website isn't compliant either. Learn to close your links, idiot.
Typical anti-slash. Too ready to criticize others when they should be looking at themselves.
GURLZ HAVE INVADED TACO'S BRAIN!!!
Don't use so many caps. It's like YELLING.
Nice to see the lameness filter is still normal.

But if the trolls could submit "whocares" tags, then downmodding must not matter.
Why is it I can't read tags? Do I need to be a subscriber?
Don't forget DDOS, I mean DR-DOS.

Nope, not with FC5. But I have a Radeon and use Windows...
Just making a clarification, though.
One thing cannot be compared to an unrelated thing. XBox Live is for gaming, while iTunes is for music (and video) downloads. The title should read:
Gaming More Popular than Music Downloads
Now I'll go read the summary.
