    I remember breaking the coding for SimCity way back when, and was glad to see implementations of most of the energy plants for SC4, so I'm totally looking forward to playing this.

    But the only problem is, we can't use it for MySims or Spore on our Wii platforms, from what I can tell.

    But I do love the hand. Reminds me of Black and White.

    My Intel Core Duo Mac Mini has no problem dual booting.

    Why would I want to wait half a minute for it to boot to Windows Vista and then run twice as slow anyway?

    Actually, we keep a password book that looks like all the other lab notebooks on the shelf, except it has passwords like AMI$6*mani - but you still need to know the account name and since it's linux it's case-sensitive.

    Then the database fetch page uses an internal fetch password that we don't tell the users which meets the same restrictions.

    We use specific user names and strong passwords (not user selected) behind a strong firewall and web encryption.

    But the reality is that anyone could stick the query results to file on a flash drive ...

    And those peers are knowledgeable network and security people, how many BILLIONS do you think they'll award Childs for the prudent actions he took that the incompetent fools in the SF government violated once they forced him to release the passwords?

    I think I'd pencil it in at five billion US dollars (that's about 100 million EU, for those of you with real currencies) ...

    Back in 80-82 I created databases that did this.

    In fact, I seem to recall one of the first uses for most computers used at home back then was to store recipe lists and shopping lists of ingredients.

    They're about 20 years too late - it's public domain now, cause my software was coded in AppleSoft Basic.

    If we can't play it online using gaming consoles with light saber emulators, like that of the Wii controller, it's just not going to be very good.

    Half of the appeal is in emulating light saber battles.

    Seriously, right now we reject 7 out of 8 K01 and a similar number of R01 grant applications at NIH and NIA.

    Which means they leave hard science and tell their friends and younger female relatives not to bother.

    You can't raise a kid without funding for your research.

    Period.

    Either that or maybe MSFT should realize it always made more money for each Apple customer using Microsoft Office than it did for a Windows customer - and install an Upgrade To Mac disk utility to assist in gaining revenue.
