    Those people who are spreading fear of this aircraft because of its size (including whichever Americans are simply jealous of Airbus) should be told that it has a far smaller capacity increase over the 747 than that plane had over the 707 and DC-8.

    Under the law, 'real property' has a special meaning. When you wrote that, you actually meant 'personal property', which is quite different. 'Real property' is land, which belongs to the Crown no matter who holds the title to it. This is why we have 'title deeds' to land, but not to things like CD players. But I digress.

    Under the 1968 Copyright Act, it is legal to copy one chapter of a book for personal use, e.g. as study notes. I wonder, is it also legal to copy one track of a CD for personal use? And if so, why not the whole album, one track at a time?

    The sticker is wrong. Evolution is not 'a theory regarding the origin of living things'. It is several theories which try to explain what happened after the origin. One of these is Darwin's theory of evolution by means of natural selection.

    The CD was announced in 1982 by Phillips and Sony. I knew a guy whose folks had a CD player in 1985; they couldn't have been introduced in that year.

    The record means nothing to me, as there were so many things done to the Prius that it's not a Prius any more. Don't expect any Prius you buy to be capable of 210 km/h.

    Is the Prius actually a hybrid car, anyway? Doesn't all the energy to drive it come from the petrol in the tank?
