Nintendo's Ace in the sleeve is the GBA compatibility , Now its a shame they didn't add emulation for the GB and GBC .. but its a small quibble .
The PSP has a few good titles (though i have regretted buying one as by a few i mean about 3 , hopefully that will change before Christmas ) but the DS can survive a drought because it has a back compatibility list in the thousands with new titles released regularly for the GBA .

Backwards compatibility can aid a new console immeasurably .. for example the PS2 when it was released had an awful line up , but there were some high quality PSX games that were just released (not forgetting the 5 or so of titles before that) .I would say that was fairly instrumental in securing the PS 2s place in the market.

I would argue that he was not a psychopath but a zealot and his actions were zealous . He doesn't really fit most of the characteristics for a psychopath . Saying that , I do believe zealots are far more dangerous .

having a look at the ICD(International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems) for a psychopath

callous unconcern for the feelings of others; ... Reading his biography that is very much not the case

gross and persistent attitude of irresponsibility and disregard for social norms, rules and obligations; .. Very much debatable

incapacity to maintain enduring relationships, though having no difficulty in establishing them; .. He had many long term close friends

very low tolerance to frustration and a low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence; .. no

incapacity to experience guilt or to profit from experience, particularly punishment; .. no

marked proneness to blame others, or to offer plausible rationalizations, for the behaviour that has
brought the patient into conflict with society .. possibly yes

Whilst it is impossible to diagnose a dead person , it seems very unlikely that he could be classified as a psychopath

However having a look at the wikipedia article on Zealotry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zealot
Zealotry denotes zeal in excess, referring to cases where activism and ambition in relation to an ideology have become excessive to the point of being harmful to others, oneself, and one's own cause. A zealous person is called a zealot.
    he was a fanatic

"However sacrificing your own people for propoganda purposes, as Che teaches, few would argue that this is not pyschopathic."
-Interestingly if you look at the Christian god . In the stories did he not send his own son down to spread his word and intend for him to be sacrificed for his goals

There is no best place in the world , only personal preference .

If you want to piss people of another nation off , there is no better way of doing it than say "My country is far better than yours".

it turns into something like this

Yabstonian : Yabstonia is better than Blabstontia . We have Freedom and rights
Blabstontian : No no , Yabstonia is not , Blabstontia rules .We also have freedom and rights
but we also have better health care

    or in the real world
doodling in your text books .. detention or make the parents replace it
School yard fights .. break it up and give them detention
skipping school ... Warning and detention
cracking a school computer ... suspend computer privileges or a whole serving of detention for them if its persistent.. maybe even suspend them

I agree with you totally , this whole thing is a complete over reaction.
Kids always do this kind of stuff , hell i even cracked a few teachers passwords when i was in school all those years ago .When I got caught i got a weeks detention . Now perhaps what they did was a little more serious , but not serious enough to get the police involved .
