I saw a talk on this by someone who stated that if we got all our energy from wind power, there would be slight local climate changes close to the surface of the Earth near the wind farms because they would be slightly warmer. Apart from the small local changes (which would be primarily around the wind farms) it wouldn't make a difference because there is so much wind energy being created by the sun.

You don't always want the same webpage when you visit a site on the iPhone as on a normal browser. For one, it's often nice to have pages wider than 320 px - if you limit yourself to that as a webdesigner then you're really going to be pressed.
Also, most mobile users don't really want all the same information as someone with a full browser. For example, http://caltrain.com/ has quite an informative site with image of the route maps and everything, but they also have a site http://icaltrain.com/ for mobile browsers that works just like an iPhone app and lets you find routes between stops.
Actually that falls under the "COPPA" Act (with two P's) so that's going to have to stay...and I'll still be getting those stupid forms sent to me saying that an account is allowed to be activated....
Just wait until the discovery channel airs reruns of "the science of sex" though I suppose that could still be educational to children if you're a liberal type.
