instead of sticking with the unix philosophy of simple and elegant ubuntu turned out to be more of a Linux equivalent of a hyperactive pimply faced teenager that wont sit still and shutup long enough to listen to the most educated critics = experienced users of older & more mature Linux distros, instead of focusing on stability and reliability ubuntu kicks a release out the door every 6 months regardless of its stability & reliability, heck even its parent distro (debian) does not do that, you wont win the mature users by acting like a hyperactive teenager that does not sitdown and shutup and learn to behave like a mature adult...
what if i wanted to buy my wacky inflatable arm flailing tubeman from Al Harrington but when i searched google for this product all i got were competitors products, so i would be sorely disappointed in google's help in finding the product of my choice, not only google us disappointing the marketers of products they are also a disappointment to the customers of said products, i think google is seriously fucking up with this practice...

when working for other people you dont go surfing porn, what if other people happen to see it and are offended? even children of other employees, true enough he should not be convicted of hacking but he should be fired! there are some things you just dont do at work and surfing pr0n is one of them, besides some of those adult websites are malicious and will try to tempt people in to installing malicious things such as malware, trojans and viruses, and chances are he was running an POS OS that has been famous for being vulnerable to just such attacks for well over a decade, i wont name names but this OS comes out of Redmond Washington...
i agree, i work in the construction trade and done so for most my adult life, all the mexicans i see are among the best workers there are, they show up everyday on time and do great work and are pleasant people to be around, i can understand wanting to stop the violence on the border but stopping people that want to make an honest living is a crime in it self, i think the playing field in the US should be made level so the US citizens that need/want to work can do so without being undercut by corrupt US businesses that exploit the mexican laborers just to improve their profits = more US citizens out of work...
then OSs like windows will suffer and fall by the wayside, and only the better Linux distros and BSDs will be the only ones to survive, i think IT is tired of cleaning up the mess that a crappy windows install leaves behind...
