    I have a family member with school age children living in California for years. They told us that the school systems in California were so bad that they had no choice but to home school all three children. They didn't even live in the more affluent neighborhoods where it is even worse.

    Agreed. I work with over 100 high tech people and associate with at lease 300 more. Not an ipad in sight. They are useless to anyone with a brain.

    I have watched all three networks (side by side) for several hours at a time. I find more real news reporting on FOX every hour than the other two combined. When watching news information FOX is far less biased. They are showing all sides. The pundits are definitely more conservative and intellectual than the other two combined as well.

    Please explain how it violates the 14th amendment. There is nothing in that that prevents a state law to be the same as a federal law in this matter.

    This is why I don't by Iwhatever. I have an Android based phone and it plays flash just fine (java works great too). I don't need an Iwhatever at an absurd price with an expensive fancy contract that doesn't work very well.

    Oh yes, we have Fox News pumping out information like: This bill will increase taxes on everyone that pays taxes, and, This bill will increase the entitlements thusly increase the base of voters that will vote for politicians that will increase entitlements even more, and, This bill will do more to ruin jobs that to improve the lives of citizens. Bye the way, if you read the bill, these are all facts. My son and I poured over the documents for two days.

    There is more to harm this country than to help. Since when does the federal government reduce waste and fraud? Really. When?

    The congressional leaders have done nothing but lie the the public about their intent. They don't give a rat's ass about improving healthcare or anything about our lives. They only want total control over everything in this country. Then, they will have all the power and lots of our money.

    If you read the constitution, you will find that the 10th amendment makes a good portion of this bill illegal anyway.

    One only needs to look at things like this and realize that if the customers are complaining about costs and features, the private sector will respond.
    What about that doctor in NY that tried $79 a month for all the visits you want. The government stopped him because he was acting like insurance. Get the government out of the way and the private sector will make health care more affordable and available.

    I am a gun owner. This guy needs to be locked up for the rest of his life because he is an idiot. I do not leave a gun loaded in the house. Easy to load yes, but not loaded. I don't have any children that young and both of my kids shoot with me. All of my guns are always secured, even after intruder checks.
