As a current user of Clearwire in Seattle and a former user of Comcast in Springfield, OR, I'd pick Comcast.

The reception of the Clearwire signal is horribly spotty and inconsistent. Rain, clouds, wind, SUN... it doesn't matter. It can show 4-5 bars out of 5 and be great for half an hour then be 1-2 and requires being moved 6 inches or rotated 20 degrees.

Comcast in Springtucky? Never had an issue.

Now a Comcast wireless connection..? Well, fuck wireless in the first place. Cable, please.

Then there's the whole interaction with boy. How much is it scripted? If she swung at him, would he duck or get hit or just laugh? What about... telling him he doesn't have to do his homework 'cause terrorists blew up his school or his parents died or, you know, anything that he as a person wouldn't know and couldn't confirm (oppose to wishing him happy birthday or merry christmas which could be checked against the date)?

I mean, no matter what, there will be a limited amount of responses possible. Interesting? Yes. ...depending on how scripted both of them are. Natal appears to be interactive the way Myst was 3d.

But what if you got locked into one of those deals? You know, three months at such and such price but then you have to stay on for nine more months at full price or whatever?

As surveillance expands, people become free from danger, free to walk alone at night, free to work in a safe place, and free to buy any legal product or service without the threat of fraud. One day every man and woman will quietly earn credits, purchase items for quiet homes on quiet streets, have cook-outs with neighbors and strangers alike, and sleep with doors and windows wide open.
