    Maybe, Just maybe, Microsoft and Linux fans can sit down at the same table and talk about the current computer market scene, but it will take some SERIOUS, serious change in Microsoft's approach (FUD, monopolizing, etc.). It would be a great day, but hopefully Microsoft will at some point open at least some of its software up.

    99% of all filtered websites out there have English domains. It would seem that Chinese who are just starting with the internet would go first to chinese domain names. They might go so far as to have a "white" list for english domain names

Office number is: 202-224-6324 I just left a messages expressing how it seems unfair to the very people paying for NOAA, the American taxpayer, to pay for a service that would only be available through corporations. If we could slashdot his phone message service with many calls, at least he will know that the american people want free weather service!

    With the advent of this new treatment, maybe thousands of diabetics could have the ability to live insulin-injection free. Yes, they do have to take anti-rejection drugs, but it is no different then taking the drugs for an organ transplant. Even if this is only a prelude to a new, more permenent treatment, the possibilities of this doing good with this new treatment is huge.
