    Prove we're *not* in a computer simulation. I imagine that, for any sufficiently well designed/implemented simulation, proving the case either way may be impossible. Might as well ask to prove we're all alive or that we all exist or, to quote HHGTTG, we're not all products of a deranged imagination.

    Now, now... He spends way more time (and taxpayer funds) flying back and forth to Mar-a-Lago in Florida *every* weekend, and I'm sure he gets some work done on those flights -- or, at least, catches up on nap-time.

    I suspect strongly that the universe does have a clock.

    Ya, but given Relativity, it can't be a reference clock, so it can't be used it with NTP. (also, I don't see The Universe in any of the header files)

    I suspect it's the other way around: simulations look like the universe because the simulations are confined to the universe.

    Or contained within a box, including the box itself.
