    well when it comes to the mouse there are alot of factors.. the mouse for this set is an optical/laser mouse (depends on the revision) and all have about a 30ft range.

    i have a targus travel wireless mouse that is a ball mouse and 2-3ft range.. the batteries last longer in it..

    now when it comes to keyboards they should all use the same... they shouldn't use power unless you press something..

    NiMH do have a 1% per day natural discharge.. but that is proportional to the current charge..

    so 100%-1% 99%-.99% 98.01%-.9801% 97.0299%-.970299% ....

    it is like the problem of getting half way to a point every day - you never get there.. sure the batteries will get to a zero state but it will take a lot longer than you think.. It isn't voodoo magic it is just real life. and the quality of the battery really makes a difference

    yea.. the politicians are just jealous of the power that china has over it's people...

    think about it.. they can change what they want when they want.. they don't have to worry about reelection time.. and they get fat checks.. you know that if the politicians where the ones that created the game that was so addictive that people played until they died and didn't interact with society that they would have no issue taking there money every month....

    the fact that our government has long forgotten their place is something that needs to be demonstrated to them..

    i got the Logitech diNovo - great mouse/keyboard set - it isn't the blue tooth version and i get about 6 months on the keyboard and about 1 1/2 months on the mouse.. and i use it 8 hours a day 6 days a week. (note that i use monster 2150 mAh rechargable battries.. normaly ones suck)

    I would like this too but only if you can flash it and stick what you want on it.. (within reason) personaly for alot of cards i get i stip the drivers down and out of the software they All want to install and only set up what is needed.. If i didn't have a choice because they had it in the card i wouldn't buy it..

    but the better way to look at it is to make your cards ne2000 compatiable.. so that even if you don't have the drivers you get basic networking... or does that just make too much sence?

    where i live you have a switching node that sends a powered cable out to a box. then max 4 houses plug into this..

    the switching node is fiber so.. no you don't share it with thousands of other households.. mabey a few but not many

    I fully agree with not liking the idea of the government over seeing what I can play.. because you know that if the game shows the current leaders in a bad light it will get a Adult rating and there for not be sold by a lot of stores..

    it just gives them another way of controlling and manipulating our lives and what we experience..

    I am getting sick of it.. the shit that we see them do physical pains me.. I hope others realize how screwed we are....

    yea i already checked and dell hasn't lowered their 30in price.. (for once apple is cheaper than dell go figure)

    i bet this will change but i don't think they will drop it that much.. i have been waiting to see some more slickdeals.net deals where they have the dell 24in for ~500

    all you need for a patent is an idea and money (if the idea isn't yours they don't care) - oh and there can't be prior art showing that you are faking it (but remember your the one that has to show them the prior art)

    i love my 4L... i got it for free too.. went into an office and people complained about it because it wasn't color - they hired me to install the new deskjet as a work group printer... when it came to payment.. i asked for the 4L (you would have thought they would have noticed)

    needless to say... they never asked for it back.. but they had me come in to install a 2100n a month later.

    i would get rid of my 4L if i could get my hands on a ceep 2100n or 2100dn... (one can dream)

    yes but for the people like me that don't want a work computer and a gaming rig on the same desk at home.. i am forced to pic the OS that works with both..

    if games really work with this.. i know i would end up with an Apple.. they are so tempting - and this would push it over the edge

    i avoid 1+0 because you are now striping and yes it helps speed but i would rather do a software JODB on top of normal raid 1..

    and i am not speaking from a desktop point of view.. most of the boxes i run have between 2-8 mirror sets. i would rather have 20 machines each with a little bit than 2 with everything.. it is just a personal prefrence..

    and this is why i only use RAID 1.. 5 is so nice but when it come down to failures well it hurts.. i am willing to take the speed hit because i know that that drive has a normal ass file system on it and i can stick it in anybox

    heheh.. according to the image it is from the FCC.. no wonder it doesn't make sence to the people who know what goes on in the areas..

    on a nother note.. the whole satellite throttling thing is annoying... i know someone who has it and was using it.. when it started to get Really slow he called them.. the tech blamed it on bad weather.. (by the way it was sunny no clouds to be seen.) once he pointed this out.. the connection was fine again.. atleast for another 15min until he got off the phone

    they are all lieing bastards.. unless you live where there is true compettion then they will screw you at every chance they get.
