  1. A registration form with missing information is not fraudulent. The use of the word fraudulent indicates that there was intentionally false information on those forms.

    You may have a smaller dryer and water heater but thinking most families could get by with that set up is foolish.

    Many automakers have moved to not having a gasket at all on their exhaust manifolds, those have to be air tight not just water proof. A car engine is a lot larger then a phone, has to handle thermal expansion, and constant vibration yet they are able to do it.

    Software is just a set of instructions, the ruling is simply acknowledging that. You can patent a multi-tool, you can't patent how to use the pliers on the multi-tool.

    Even though cars from today are significantly safer then cars from 75 years ago they are still allowed on the road, there will always be cars on the road that are not as safe as the cars around it. Insurance lobbies don't care if you crash as long as the rates you pay are in line with your claim history.

    You forgot the the most important part, within the confines of the law. A robot can only break the law if programmed to do so a a lawyer can break the law as they see fit.

    What do you call the instruction sets they used on the chips to control everything? It's a very rudimentary library but still a library of commands.

    Using that logic there has never been a case of a one man game, every game leans on compilers, and libraries that were not solely created by a single developer.

    China will shower Great Briton in iPhones and PC's as long as the British people keep giving them money. China is hugely dependent on other countries for revenue and there is absolutely no way China could handle a sudden loss of manufacturing. There is a symbiotic relationship between China and the countries it makes trinkets for, neither can survive without the other.

    The $0.95 million fine was the penalty for stealing 6.8 million. If AT&T did this 100 times how many times would they need to get away with it to make a profit.

  19. Starting salary for programmer is 45-60k, the majority of areas in the US that is enough to buy a house/condo. If the person has a car payment and large student loans they may not be able to buy a house but otherwise they should have enough to purchase a house.

    Clearly the hammer is, you can hammer in screws and remove them with the claw. For the life of me I don't know why the screw driver is not obsolete, it's probably all those hipsters that unnecessary use a screw driver to feel cool.

    I suspect making an offer that no reasonable prosecutor could refuse falls into that category.

    hiLIARy sent and email instructing her staff to remove the classified marking from documents so they could send them unsecure.
    FBI Director James Comey testified that there were 3 classified emails that had portion markings on them, that would happen only if her employees removed the header and footer markings of a classified document and missed some of the portion markings in an effort to send them unsecure.

    I couldn't have said it better my self, companies shouldn't have to pay domestic tax on foreign, developed, manufactured, and sold goods. The solution is simple just have an import tax on licensing fees and other methods companies use to get profits out of the country tax free. The other solution which will never happen is to adopt Fair Tax.

    No one over the age of 12 gives a damn about any of Nintendos game franchises. If they think they're going to corner the kids market then good luck to them, but they might find that the kids have moved on.

    The sole reason I will be buying the Nx is because of Zelda, I will tell my wife I got it for the kids but the real reason is because of Zelda.

    Of course its about the hardware or we'd all still be playing games on an Atari 2600.

    Either you are intentionally missing the point or you truly don't play games, the only thing good hardware does is it doesn't detract from the gaming experience. A game is still good even if it's not played on bleeding edge hardware. I still have fun playing mario cart, chrono trigger, and super mario world with my kids.
