Is there really a possibility to something finished come out from the Vita homebrew scene (but pirated games)? This is already quite a complex machine and it will take a while to get around it unless you have the commercial development power.

Hehehe. Or the "My 3 year old daughter seems to be very interested about what I do on computer, so I am looking for suggestions for her first laptop..."
As an interesting fact, Nokia has had a fair chunk of manufacturing still happening here in Finland. Most of the Nokia gear I've bought here have been "Made in Finland". One could have thought that such a big player would've made everything explicitly in China a long time ago.
This does not exactly answer the question, but I just wanted to remind about Folding@home as another way of helping humanity if you don't want to directly donate money.
In general I find it kind of stupid how avidly YouTube is removing music videos per request. Or actually, how music companies demand them to be removed. I mean, it's not like you could buy MVs legally from anywhere. Maybe they're shown on TV for a couple of weeks, but it's nice if they can still bring enjoyment even after that period.
And not that much even at daytime. Look at how cloudy many photos of Pyongyang are. Some have theorized that it's the cool air from north and warmer one from south colliding and creating this chronic grey cover.
Well... can art even be rated objectively? Subjectively it can, of course.
But regarding art, instead of "objective" I have heard this funny term "intersubjective", which roughly means that by average a certain song is rated good or bad by the listeners. So if some songsmith creates a new hit for Mileh Cyruz and people generally think it's kinda catchy, then it could be seen as an intersubjectively successful song.
The facility had been under six feet of water October 15; it was pumped dry November 17; power was restored November 26; production resumed November 30.
Some people here predicted months or years of downtime, but now at least the WD factory is back online in, what, 6 weeks??
In this case, I'm not sure if you even have to leave the power on for some minutes. The protocol should be something simple though, not something like Bluetooth with which you have to make time-consuming handshakes before you can send actual data.
Windows 8 is a super-set of Windows 7, with some really amazing advances on the desktop side (from a vastly improved Task Manager to impoved large disk management, to faster boot times, faster/better file copies, etc).
Meh. To me those seem only like tweaks which could be as well included in a Service Pack. Some bigger and interesting suggestions:
an actually scalable GUI (you know how making fonts larger breaks things currently)
a package manager (no more "installshield wizard" stuff) and update facility for third party apps
ability to move windows installation to another computer without the driver setup going crazy

Thanks for the tip! Didn't know about Trinity. Seems like a cool project.
KDE 3.5, wow? Isn't it a bit too old? It's a excellent DE though.

Unfortunately Chrome removed the (experimental) side tabs feature in the last update so I'm back to Opera now.
The tree tabs idea for Firefox looks quite interesting though, I think I'm gonna give it a shot.

I love you too.

I'm a kpop nut too.

I see. Good information.
But that's nearing a laptop-like experience.
genius programmers thought it was great to blindly map color to grayscale
Huh, what do you mean?
g = (r + g + b) / 3;
I dunno.
And if we get the source, it's only the standard GNU parts of it...
thin_lizzy-jailbreak.mp3
It's jailbreak, not jailbrake, honey...

That's an interesting article...

I'd like to know too.
What impressed me so was that the keyboard had no on-off switch. For ten years, the keyboard has been sitting there waiting for me to press a key.
Maybe it acts like TV remotes, being on only when a key is pressed. That's still an amazing achievement, I agree.

I'd also like to know was it included on the show when they last time busted some homes' windows?
