I find it intresting that the author of the drawing that did contain the word "Serenity" did make here own artwork, based on what I saw here (http://www.cafepress.com/11thhourart). Since I am no laywer and I don't live in the U.S, my own estimate that this is Universal trying to claim ownership of something that they don't own. This is a, in my opinion a corporation blackmailing a person becose they can. I don't belive for one second that this is a trademark issue or a copyright issue.
