Unfortunately EQ2 was great prior to the "WoW" Patch a year or so after its release which remove the majority of group play incentives are areas.
Maybe its better now, it was good when released...
"i) Stop tax avoidance and evasion - being done here;"
Sorry Tax avoidance is and always will be legal. IE to not pay sales tax, dont buy things. To avoid gas tax, do not drive. Avoid Property Tax, do not own a house or land.
Tax Evasion is what is illegal, and this is simply not paying due taxes, such a lying when you file your taxes by claiming more children than you have etc.

Actually your math is off, at least on the American tax brackets.
Below are the 2009 Tax brackets for a citizen who files as single.
Single Filing Status
(Tax Rate Schedule X)
10% on income between $0 and $8,350
15% on the income between $8,350 and $33,950; plus $835
25% on the income between $33,950 and $82,250; plus $4,675
28% on the income between $82,250 and $171,550; plus $16,750
33% on the income between $171,550 and $372,950; plus $41,754
35% on the income over $372,950; plus $108,216
If you use the example of the third tax bracket($33950 - $82250) as an example. This means that the starting Tax due is $4,467 plus 25% of all income above this value up to $82,250. So at a income of the lowest value for this bracket($33,950) your tax due is $4,675 which is around 14% tax rate. This progresses the highest value in this tax bracket($82,249) which has a tax of $4467+(.25($82250-$33950)) which equals $16750 or around 20% tax rate. This is a progressive federal income tax rate range of 14%-20%, this is significantly different than the flat 25% you referenced.
This logic is applied to all tax brackets, and generally speaking the tax rate increases as your income increases, from 10% in the lowest bracket to around 30% in the highest. Of coarse there are other deductions to compare, but as far as a federal income tax goes this is accurate.
FYI,
It is only a Yes/No Prompt if you are logged in with an account that has administrative privileges. Else, if running as a standard user account, as is recommended, the prompt displays a list of admin accounts to authenticate the action with and requests a password.

I not sorry to say this but:
1) It is *NOT* and undisputed fact that 720p is higher quality than 1080i.
In fact, that is one of the least understood and most disputed arguments in the HD world.
Fact is, 1080i is a higher resolution than 720p but you inherit some of the artifacts that an interlaced scanning gives.
720p60 is 1280 × 720 pixels, progressive encoding with 60 frames per second (60 hertz known as Hz).
1080i50 is 1920 × 1080 pixels, interlaced encoding with 50 fields (25 frames) per second.
720p offers only 44% of 1080i's resolution. Rather 1080i offers 56% more detail than 720p.
720p is not only a lower resolution but requires both less bandwidth and storage space. Its only advantage image wise is the fact that it is 60 full frames each scan at 60fps. 1080i Displays half a frame each scan 50 scans a second or 25fps. For reference movies in the that are only display 24fps because this is the rate at which the human eye can no longer distinguish individual frames. SDTV is 480i and have been forever, not many people even cared or could visualize the difference between interlaced or progressive until they had the opportunity to argue between 720p and 1080i, in reality is that the only argument for 720p is the fact that it is progressive. The only downside with 1080i is that you may experience degradation of image quality with fast motion(I suppose this is why the NFL supports 720p).
Here is a little reference to support my statements.

Considering the sheer amount of absolute crap software these vendors already install on the pc's by default, I am personally afriad of what will happen when default application are in the hands of said vendors.
They do have higher roll-over rates due tot he higher center of gravity, however they have among the highest survival rates. My only guess is due to the amount of open space inside such a vehicle. Wish I could find the data I used so I could back up my statement.
It is not the large vehicle owner's fault that it is more dangerous to drive in a small vehicle. It is simple physics, and a risk you choose to take when you became the owner of a small car.
Full size sedans and Full size vans are among the safest vehicle's one can travel in. So if anyone has safty concers, SUV owner or comcact car owner alike, should consider those type of vehicles instead.
Why stop at spelling, lets simplify the whole language!

I find that it is intimatly tied to the Mass Storage controller. If you change this, ala new Motherboard or somesuch, then you have a good chance of needing to reactivate. You can change any other compenent, Video, sound, ram, cpu, but if you install a new motherboard, especially one with a different Mass Storage controller built in, you may find yourself deactivated. I ran into this issue a bit when trying to create a usefull OS image accross slightly different PC's models....stupid company leasing tis pc's every two years and they wer enever identical only similar.
Well I have good news for you. There are a few different methods of sugery available to you.
The most common method today is lasik, with this method the surgeon cust a flap in you cornea with a small slicing device, performs the refractive correction underneath, the replaces the flap which suctions itself back on. This method has a very quick recovery time and produces the least amount of pain. The flap never "Heals" however it is pretty well sealed by the forces of suction.
The one that I assume the navy uses, and the method I opted for in fear of eye integrety was the method called PRK. With this method the laser is used to etch the refractive correction onto the surface of your eye without creating a flap. Your eye is left fully intact execpt for the etching just made. The surgery leaves your eyes feeling as though you have sand in them, but a bandage contact is placed over them to help the healing process as well as comfort. Initial recovery period is 1-2 weeks, and can take up to 6month to fully heal. In my opinon this is the better choice.

You do not have to pay to be a member of xbox live.
Xbox Live Silver membership is free and allows you to maintain a friend list, voice chat, and download content for free(or with points if required).
The benifit of the pay subscription to lvie is, you guessed it, playing multiplayer games online, and the leader boards.
There is always encryption programs that can be used if implimented properly.
Truecrypt(http://www.truecrypt.org/) axcrypt, bitht from sourcefordge.
Plus I am quite sure there are a few commercial alternatives that offer support as well.
Point is, its not USB drives that are the problem, its the lack of a proper usage policy to control how they are used. Requiring all USB drives to be fully encrypted and/or haveing all data they contained backed up elseware would be a good start. Its all about policy and educating your employees on your companies acceptable use policy for such devices.
To elaborate further, no end user wants to buy a machine that is so secure that they cant even run aim.exe without asking god himself for permission. A computer should come to the user as uninhibited as possible(for typical activities) and then be able to have restrictions applied based on the users needs. Hence, the OS should be open(as in minimum acceptable secuity) and then be further secured as the user deems fit.
Although the ultimate goal is for secuity to be both strong and transparent, but thats a hard thing to acheive if you wish to keep maximum capability.
Now I do admit that using a non-standard or rare platform is a form of secuity that windows users lack, and that apple and linux users benifit from, but just because windows is relativly insecure by default, does not in any way mean that it cannot be as secure as other platforms.
If anything windows biggest secuirty flaw is its own popularity. In turn, that is the other OS's biggest security feature.
Well if you took the time to disable the firewall and anti-virus services, why then did you not just disable the "secuity center" service? Most likely because you'd rather have a nice little annoying box to give you a reason to complain, rather than seeking a solution to your problem.
All in all, windows can be quite secure, just not with the default, and quite vunerable, default configuration. Windows needs to be open by default, and locked down later for usability. If it were locked down and secure by default, it would become inaccessable to many users who operate windows.
